New Fence Installation Complete in Oakhurst

New Fence Installation Complete in Oakhurst – Oakhurst Lane, Frisco
Another beautiful fence replacement is complete in the Oakhurst neighborhood on Oakhurst Lane in Frisco! Our team recently replaced an aging privacy fence with a brand-new 8-foot Board-on-Board cedar fence , giving the homeowner increased privacy, improved curb appeal, and a fence that's built to last. The work order called for an 80-linear-foot, 8-foot-tall unstained cedar board-on-board fence with one gate, reusing the existing steel posts, adding new Simpson brackets, pressure-treated kickboards, and staining the completed fence to match the existing color.
Project Highlights

80 linear feet of 8-foot Board-on-Board cedar fencing
Reused existing steel fence posts
New 2⅜" Simpson brackets
1x6 cedar pickets
1x4 cedar top trim
2x4 cedar rails
2x6 pressure-treated pine kickboards
Heavy-duty gate with three hinges
Fence stained to match the existing fence color

Reusing quality steel posts whenever they're still structurally sound is an excellent way to maximize the life of a fence. Combined with fresh cedar lumber, pressure-treated kickboards, and quality hardware, homeowners receive the beauty of a new fence while maintaining a strong foundation.
